You Must Have Both Soft and Hard Skills

When i was young, i was really good at the soft you know, again, my job was a counsellor. But i didn't have that strong, that confidence in myself,. deep inside, that strength. You absolutely have to have both in life, for all areas of life. Too soft, you become feminine, right? And then there's no attraction, or at least there's not enough attraction, there's notenough respect. So it's a bit of a hard balance for a man, a little difficult, from a man's point of view, to get both.
