The Romans Used 21 Letters in the Early Latin Inscriptions

Out of all the early latin inscriptions, from six 20 b c to two 50 b c, there are no alphabet lists. The letters are still in basically the same order which the greeks and th etruscans had used. But without a specific alphabet list, linguists have had to look closely at the surviving inscriptions to determine how many letters the romans were using.
