If you don't have the conviction and self confidence to believe that you can do something, then how the hell is anybody else going to bet on you? Self esteem is a deciding factor between both of those guys. Nobody is born with a perfect mindset. It takes hard work, skill and discipline, but it takes sitting back and believing and trusting yourself.
