One cue that can be very helpful is what I call a do over cue, where you actually the partner who catches themselves in a lie or the other partner who essentially is going, hmm, that sounds like that's not quite right. So there's no punishment for a do over rather there is a preset agreement that the honesty will be appreciated. He agreed to create a barking stick, which was like a relay stick that he and his daughter put stickers because that was kind of fun and a good way to engage his daughter.
