Are You Saying That the Internet Promotes Addiction?

The internet promotes compulsive over consumption by providing increased access to drugs, old and new. It also suggests behaviors that otherwise may never have occurred to us. There is clearly an inherited component or vulnerability. If we have parents who explicitly or implicitly condone substance use, that's coing to affect our addiction risk. And the other part of that, too, is the suggestibility part.
