The fraud involving finland began in spring of two thousand and 15 and continued until september when the police and arrested him. The first woman met simon, or rather mordecai tapero, as he was calling himself on holiday in tighland in february 20 15. He appeared to be a rich business man and arms dealer, and had altes sam credit cards. But told that there were some financial problems due to his business.
