I Think It's Law All the Way Downy

i think part of law is judges crafting doctrine to kind of make, make sense of these, you know, competing principles and broad interests. I'm not saying that's not law. To saying it requires a certain different kind of reasoning than saying, lik aqe wedded ex parte young say about this on page one 92. i don't think we should encourage the sense that that's right.  I think theres more discipline going on.
