How to Be a Better Beer Brewer

For a small brewery still 150 gram tin you can probably make that work for home brewers I know they have those little shots of the little vials of extract and it really does leave like such a clean flavor. You need to be very thoughtful as a brewer on how to structure the beer from there in order to create the hop tan and in bitterness that carries that beer through otherwise it's gonna be a single note of bitterness. If I'm going for a more classic expression of west coast is first word chinook um in the t90 I love the sort of bitey grippy, ragged edge that you get off of that.
