I imagine slum dwellers would be distrustful of new people, but to help them probably doesn't make sense. They are very suspicious and rightly so because there are a lot of people who come and take advantage of the urban poor. So I started giving them IVs in their homes. Sometimes I was giving them IV right there where I was sitting, you know, just using an IV stand. And then I had some basic medication that I gave them, but I saved many lives.
