Is Malta a Security Issue?
Malta has the fastest growing economy in Europe and lowest unemployment rate. The EU is taking Malta to court over its passport scheme. Chris Kailin says there are very few unsavory people who have been granted a Maltese passport but they do occasionally get through due diligence filters. He adds that 98% or 99% of all applicants for citizenship are 'ideal EU citizens' But he questions whether this type of person should become Maltese.
