This scene of the bedroom tour is john mc cane's favorite scene from the office, and i can tell you why. The whole thing with a michael and jan and that weird bench that he sleeps on at the end of the bed. Came from when i was working as a script reader in the early eighties for a hollywood,. big holly producer. And i just thought that was the saddest thing i 've ever seen in my life.
