ivon schenard has been in busines since 68. He's got a venture company, a fashion and garming company, he's got a food company. I think we can safely assume that this does work. If you hire autonomous, self directed people on a mission who all share of this great omission of building great products and doing as little harm as possible. That's what sums up yvonn so brilliantly is this humility and simplicity by which he goes about it.
