The bones were reportedly given over to the french academy of sciences, where they have since apparently disappeared. Is this evidence that they were simply fragments of the skeleton of a person with some fatuitary disorder or overgrowth cindrum that resulted in skeletal abnormalities? Another professor from university of montpellier determined the bones were normal in every respect. But perhaps they were only abnormal if one was insisting on seeing them as human. As we will see in part two of this series, such cases tend to encourage baseless conspiracy theory.
