Sergeant Mike Brown says he felt so guilty that he felt compelled to become more involved in Adam Brazil's legal effort. Malcolm Burrough's had a 2003 felony conviction for selling prescription drugs. The investigation stopped right there, they didn't look for anybody else. It just ruined his whole life just because he had red hair.
