A lot of the good ideas, ore like the new ways of looking at things, will come after, and maybe not during. And i think it's also true that a lot of us are very eager to start talking and discussing. I supposed to being silent. So how can you help someone even though you don't have the answer? You'll ave any experts that could be use for me. It is very obvious that what you are bringing to any person in that situation is precisely to not be the person that is facing the problem. That means you have the ability to question the person's approach, you have the able to a pinkpon with that person.
