Some onlookers pulled out their phones and tried to record videos. Most of the victims had already passed, but they had been left just on the road for more than an hour because there were too many victims that rescuers couldn't transport them quickly enough. A Chinese student who was in Korea at the time said she felt like the world had ended when she saw paramedics doing CPR on lifeless bodies.
