For me actually it was the same like uh, I tried different things different apps Uh They didn't really work. But then I found out about vpassana basically changed basically upgraded meters kind of like the next level but Yeah, I always recommend the vpassana retreats because they are free. So you're basically living like a month like a monk for 10 days Your only job is to focus on the meditation. It's so interesting because once you just focus on that experience  it's like the external irritation of having to do it because you want to do the next thing Whatever that next thing is.
