The Transformation of the Kitchen
A lot of Chinese families, they set up as the most remote places. We never really had a sense of community. And it was only until later on in life where social media existed. My experience is that particularly men that I know of my particular age group and demographic seem to be very interested in culinary expertise. That is a new way for men to show social capital,. Very involved long term cooking projects, etc.
