What Does a Healthy Menstrual Cycle Look Like?
A healthy cycle is characterized by sufficient estrogen in the pre-ovulatory phase. As you approach ovulation, you would expect to have at least one day where you see clear, stretchy, kind of raw egg white type cervical fluid that you can stretch. That's a sign of good follicular development and so when they're strong and healthy, they're pumping out sufficient estrogen.
