The Growth Process in Non Oisi Countries
The growth process in the oc d countries has been amazingly stable overtime. I would be very stunned if we looked back again 20 years from now, an covet was a decisive turning point in anything but apisoticgrowth. i am optimistic that it's possible to kind of sustain growth and converge on the leaders to roughly fulkonvergents. But i think covid is ape phenomenal. And hence i am much less confident to a, we should not extract any cure for lantage with any degree of confidence.
