Substack for Fiction - What Are Your Tips for Authors?

Substack is an email list for fiction writers. Authors can send out a new chapter of their novel each week, or however often they publish on the site. Subscribers pay $10-50 per month and get access to the whole book when it comes out. An article that i wrote about substack just went insanely viral. It's picked up steam really quickly. And now there are all these writers you can find and follow on substack.
