A third party client is like a mobile app that lets you browse Twitter and do most of the things you can do on the official Twitter app. A month ago, those apps access to the API was suddenly cut off with no communications from the Twitter team. So legible in its conception was a third party client designed specifically for language learning. And it doesn't look like one will be able to survive.
