Breathe Through Your Mouth

When you breathe through your mouth, the nostrils, the turbanites in the nose, turn off. Anything the brain sees it you're not using, it turns off. So this habitual mouth breathing turns off the natural way we were breathing when we came out of our mother - always in the present moment. I'm trying to turn on the hippocampus, where i can have new awarenesses, round the old part of my story and evolve my skill sets,. while at the same time stalling aging as much as possible. And this is just my my theoryand how i teach clients. We need to turn that plock. There's all this mindless, violent crime going on everywhere.
