The Social Psychology Issues of Artificial Intelligence

I was recently doing some banking and again got caught in one of those feedback loops that felt like it took half my day and wasted it. And I think about the anger that our culture carries, it seems all the time right now, with the level of technology that's already in our system. It can be hard to tell what's actually being done by a person or by a machine - even if your direct interactions are with people. That'll be creating some pretty, I think, significant social psychology issues which we already have, but which will only become more escalated.
