And I was wondering if you might share with me and our listener friends some of your other, the other things that you do. It's one of these things, like as an insecure man who sometimes feels the need to overcompensate,. Like for example, anxiety, and what you're referring to is like the toolbox. Maybe it's just a general self-help program expression of the spiritual tools that you have in your toolbox.
