MNCs Are Not Exiting for India Reasons
I see far many more investors looking back at India. And I don't think this should be really the yardstick to see that MNCs are running away from it. One aspect that keeps recurring, when we talk to MNCs viewers, is the fact that even if they have arbitration, wears and dispute settlement, with the laws doing also that this arbitration order is not recognized in India. Well, this is truly unfortunate. But I think the government is very cognizant of this. Every time a loophole like this is identified, there is an amendment which proposed to fix it. The law commission is already aware, is looking at it to see how the judicial process can be made
