Introduction

Hal Poe is the Charles Coulson Professor of Faith and Culture at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. He wrote a coffee table book called The Inklings of Oxford about C.S. Lewis' literary friends. It has lavish photography by my colleague who went with me for 10 days to take the pictures of Oxford. And I do a narrative about the friendship of those people. So it's a beautiful invitation to the city that was the context in which they did their work.
