Is the Federal Reserve Going to Increase Rates?

With the US at least, with the Fed this week, I don't think the surprise was really with the amount that they raised rates this week. Everyone was really expecting about a half point increase. But what I think where people were paying a little more attention and were a little surprised was how firm they were with their language about their intent to continue raising rates.
