Can We Respond to the Situations Around Us With Greater Wisdom?

The question is, can our response and our engagement come from a place of wisdom rather than the conditioned reaction of craving. And when we read the buddhist discourses, you see he was often quite fierce in high lighting what's right and what left. So we want to have that discernment.
