The Recent Price Rise in Vegetable Prices in India
Food prices in India are generally high relative to the incomes that people earn. People substitute with other foods and do not consume those things because they form a large proportion of their income. But we've seen that when prices of milk and oil and pulses, things like this increase, then the diets of people become less than less varied and they become serial heavy.
