What's the Heartbeat of the Book?
The four main characters in "Enkrane am" are slava, misha, dasha and dosha. The idea of treason versus discourse was a key theme for the author. She wanted to show that even though you might be fighting on one side, it doesn't mean there isn't someone who cares about you from the other side.
