SEO in the older days or the early days, people are doing a lot of keyword stuffing and like weird things like white text on a white. Cloking and all that fun stuff. It's really intertwined SEO and UX because this page experience is a big part of ranking factors now so do you actually have things on your page readable? If users get frustrated and can't read your content, why bother writing that content in the first place, right? "I think giving users a bad experience for me personally, I'm not a very quick reader," he says.
