Achilles tendonopathy is one of the more common running inturies that i see in runners. The runner who's more actively using their calf in achilles to propel themselves forward than balancing, you know, their stride with all the muscles they have available. A lot of people are calling these days as the down step. So when all your weight is on one leg and you start to push through, you're pushing off. What you'll see is the heel comes off of the ground before your your thigh is actually behind you.
