Is There a Relationship Between Autism and Extreme Intelligence?

A lot of them struggle with authentic human behavior. Mark Zuckerberg is kind of the greatest example of this where he... His arm motions don't seem human. They're always looking for evidence of him not being a human and there's quite a bit of it. I agree with the autism thing on how some people with it can almost become savants in particular areas because usually it comes from a hyper fixation or something. But I genuinely think it is just so many kids that grew up with tech and they were just so socially introvert and got really rich really quickly.
