Kerry Wood: We're a billion and a half dollars light on spending on road maintenance in the last six years alone. It started with the last government when it defunded the writing maintenance budget to build the road to national significance. The sad thing is carried at this, you know, infrastructure deficit. "We just don't do infrastructure properly," he says.
