I think too, it comes down to communication and trust. I've actually had employees call in and say, I'm just, I'm stressed and I just need a day for myself. Is that okay? And our policy was you could. If they're lying about the reasons why they're leaving then of course there's going to be an issue. But if you have a good relationship with your, with you and your employee, you know, hopefully they'll tell you the reasonswhy they want to take off.
