The Safety of the Bock and Crude Pipelines

I would say that the probably everybody will be somewhat unhappy with the rules, but it is up to Washington and the government to devise the rules under which something that is potentially dangerous is transported. The safety is going to be improved continuously and should be. And I think the Bock and crude has proven to be quite a bit more volatile than most of the crude that it's not really crude. It's almost misnamed, called crude. We're not overroins. And neither are the people running the Northern.
