Do you think everyone should do real estate afterthey h've a certain amount of savings, or what's your philosophy on who real estates investing is good for? So, my my first mind said, i as i do think everybody should have a wealth building strategy. I also think that invest it's important to differentiate between investing and speculating. If you're just throwing your money on the craps table, hoping they win, that's speculating,. same as some people do. And then i subscribe to the warn buffet philosophy of investing what you know.
