I know what it feels like to lay awake at night wondering if you're doing the thing that you're supposed to be doing. I do think one of the easiest ways, and this is me speaking to myself, but also anybody that feels like, okay, I don't have the self belief, but I also don't have any proof. For me, the easiest place to start is to do action for the same reason that going to the gym is easy than meditating. So we don't have to sit here and think about our past pains and traumas every single moment of every day. There's a season and a period of time to start and develop that healing integrating process.
