Loea would then often go and ask one of the defending players what the goal keeper said. And if it wasn't, i would then get that player to go and have a conversation with the goal keeper - which is not coach driven. So just given that responsibility as well, that's great. I like to reflect at the start of a a session based on what's happened at the previous session. Or if you say, the can going to play two lots of five minutes, and we can have two minutes in the middle to reflect, and then do it again.
