Volunteer-related data should be flowing from your organizational data, too, right? Why isn't that just built in as part of the organization's commitment to whatever capacity they have? I was surprised to see that volunteer engagement is pretty well integrated in a lot of different organizations. The idea that funding for volunteer engagement helps an organization build its capacity to deliver services was last on the list.
