The Pros and Cons of Pronation

Over pronation is the lowering or dropping of all three arches within the foot. In order for pronation to occur, and for those arches to drop at the same time, what has to happen is that the rear portion of the foot must move in the opposite direction. When you see somebody with a really high arch, you may say they're overly supinated if we have over pronation.
