How to Cultivate a Strong Individual Perspective Within the Collective
In the transition from one system to another, it's very much about system design. How do we adapt the present system so that the transition will be as smooth as possible? And then you realize that this is not really a zero sum game, individual versus collective. It's a positive sum game. We should maximize individual freedom and agency,. But at the same time, we shouldn't forget about the importance of collective agency and freedom.
