Learning to Take Up Space

The first thing is building that positive self talk and self compassion so every time you kind of project anything negative into the world about yourself try stopping yourself in that moment. The second thing is setting those boundaries and actually saying no to things that you don't want to do. And then the last but most important thing that I personally want to work on is focusing on self-validation again not just crediting external validation when it can be healthy for self- validity.
