I think it's an intellectual failure of ours that we haven't clearly outlined the difference between liberal anti-racism and radical anti- Racism, right? We've kind of just allowed these things to all get mixed up into, into some sense of, this is all for the good in the cause against racism. And so, there was some confusion there. To some extent, it's just also the sort of effect of how neoliberal institutions like universities work in this day and age where you put this under the heading of what can a human resource department do to fix this? You know, you find market-based solutions essentially. But the end result is, is precisely what you said.
