Is There a Level of Evaluating a Candidate?

Being transparent with your interviewers on why what you really need ou the position, i think that's really important. Even if the candidate doesn't decide to move forward, the interview is done and people get together to evaluate. There's two, two levels of evaluation. One is fit, and then there is the level. How easy is the especially the level level is difficult,. which is why you see like these coding tests of life, you know, they'r coating tests. They graded in this scale. So we're going to say that they're in this level. I think, i don't know if that's fair. And and you might lose candidates, you will lose
