The Secret of the Lord Is for Those Who Fear Him
In Psalm 29, David portrays God as a thunderstorm moving across the land. He can be both powerful and peaceful, all at once. In Psalm 39, David has sinned in some way and he admits his guilt. The word wicked seems to refer to those who have given themselves over to sin. But Christ followers are people who are for God, but who do still sin.
