Resistance Is the Opposite of Great Incentive
Resistance is the opposite of this great pillar of incentive. It's actually or it's someone who could be a high performer, because by definition they're probably not performing well if they're resisting in this fashion. And that can be real, that often gives leaders even more frustration when they see this. So what I'm hearing here is really understanding the people that you're working with through really communicating with them and then seeing really looking at the importance of doing it with them, rather than do it to them.
