The Chipps Act: A Plan That's Racing Toward Failure

Bloomberg Opinion wrote an editorial in the last 24 hours about the Chipps Act. The conclusion that they reach is that actually it's a plan that's racing towards failure. Ironically, when you spoke to the micron CEO last night, he is asking for the opposite to increase capacity. He's saying we in our peers need to cut down our production right now.
