There's a rule of evidence that applies in all criminal cases. In general, other crimes or wrongful acts can't be introduced into evidence unless to prove the person acted in conformance with something they did some other time. The idea is you're only on trial for the things that are charged and not for other crimes. Almost everything that 404 B lists that you can bring other crimes in for is almost something that this tape will help to prove.
